Problems with military site FSTP?

ello mates, i completed all my stuff went to meps done with that pass pre pt and all that good stuff so i have to complete these tasks on a military site that doesn't work! when i complete the tasks it doesn't save i can't take my final test or print out that i've done anything for the past 2 or 3weeks and i leave soon. I did email the problem page but one they take forever to respond and two there not too helpful and suggestions? FSTP
