What's wrong with my computer?

My computer froze so i restarted and it came back on and i couldn't move the mouse and the caps lock button kept coming on and going off and the start menu opened by itself then the internet opened by itself then the task manager opened by itself then i freaked out and turned it back off and back on and tried to go to the safe mode thing from the menu but the highlight thing wouldn't move so i freaked again turned it back off and left it off. Does anybody know what this could be? Like specifically? I'm on my old computer with the messed up keyboard and it's really getting annoying.
