Can USA End China and Arabs once in for all by Blockading Trade with them permanently?

I don't know .... but I'm WILLING to try .... you have to ask our congress tho to make up their minds on the immigration policy(s) they have been " working on" for the last 60 or so years & they JUST can't seem to male up their minds on whether or not to add 20 million illegals to the welfare rolls or not .... they can put that off for another 50 or so years tho
