Dreaming of frustration?

Is this common? Dreams of trying to accomplish some task and somehow obstacles get in the way to prevent it. Like, trying to get somewhere and trying to walk is like fighting thick molasses, or driving a car and wanting to slow down but not being able to reach the brakes, or trying to play a musical instrument and the parts of it dont fit correctly so you never get to play it etc.
