Windows 7 Black Screen of Death?

Just happened about an hour ago. I start it up normally and it jumps to the black screen with a flashing white underscore. It won't let my do CTRL+ALT+DEL to get to task manager and won't let me do any of the start up repair or system restore things. Please help I have no idea what to do! Thanks!
