I fail at life and need to die?
sounds like you need to lighten up on yourself. All of us make mistakes. It is an integral part of life, and what makes us stronger, and wiser individuals..It is when we internalize those mistakes as a fatal flaw within ouselves that is unfixable, and unforgiveable that we begin to feel how you're describing..You are only human, and are bound to make mistakes, but taking them to heart and confirming yourself as a screw up will only cloud your ability to learn from your mistakes. This, in turn, will make you continually incapable of overcoming future obstacles, and set you in the very situation you're in now..Try not to get down on yourself when you make a mistake. Dont view it as an unforgivable error in your character, but as an opportunity to learn. Then reevaluate where you went wrong, and ask yourself what you can do in the next situation to do better. That will give you back control over your life (and emotions), and empower you. Have a little faith in yourself. We all have rough spells, but if we keep our chin up, and heart open, they are ALWAYS temporary. You might also consider reading, "The Secret", By:Rhonda Byrne. It might give you some enlightenment as to how this negative thinking put you here in the first place. It is not the end of the world to realize you're only human. Cheer up, and love yourself again. You DO deserve it.
