Remedy for sinus congestion and loss of balance?

i am suffering from sinus problem for about two years.right nasal passage use to get congested now and then and i noticed that there is hearing loss in my right ear where felt some blockade.nowadays i am loosing balance once in a while and feel like fainting.two years back an ENT docter tested me and gave some antibiotic tablet due to which i got some relief .i cannot go on taking antibiotics which will affect my intestine.please advice
